Trio Bellissimo is named after it’s members Bella (11) and the Li brothers Haydn (11) and George (8). All 3 members attend Canterbury College in Queensland, Australia. The Trio has been playing together since 2018, and have won 1st Prizes in Redlands, Brisbane and Quota Beenleigh Competitons. In both 2018 and 2019, Trio Bellissimo was invited to perform at the University of Queensland’s School Showcase and Canterbury College’s Annual Excellent Awards. The Trio is coached by Mr. Tim Li, the Coordinator of Chamber Music at Canterbury.


George Li started learning the cello at 4 years old, and at 6, made his concerto debut with Sergei V Korschmin and the Queensland Korean Orchestra at the Brisbane City Hall. In 2019, George became the youngest ever player in Queensland Youth Orchestras’ 53-year history to be offered a position in QYO2.


Isabella Oxenbridge started the piano at 4 years old. She has achieved High Distinction on all her exams through the Australian Music Examinations Board. In the past 2 years she has received over 20 Gold Medals in various competitions throughout South East Queensland.


Haydn Li started learning the violin at 5 years old, and in 2019, attained his Certificate of Performance with Honours from the Australian Music Examinations Board. Haydn is a 1st Prize winner at the 2019 Brisbane Eisteddfod and Quota Beenleigh Eisteddfod, where he also received the Most Promising String Player award
